Terms of service

These terms apply when you use remixstudio.art or buy a print from Remix Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Questions: hello@remixstudio.art.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping to US addresses. We currently ship only within the United States. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. An order is accepted once payment is complete and you see your order page. If we can’t fulfill an order, we’ll tell you and refund the full amount to your original payment method (see Returns and refunds below).

Made-to-order prints

Every print is made to order after you buy it. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your display. Shipping times are estimates; see shipping & returns.

Returns and refunds

Because prints are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t give refunds if you change your mind. If a print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free. We refund the full amount to your original payment method only if we can’t make or replace your print, if a damaged or defective print can’t be replaced, or if you cancel before your order goes into production. Your designs

When you save a design, we won’t sell that exact design to anyone else. You may display the print you buy for personal use. Remix Studio keeps the copyright in the artwork, the generators and the site, so please don’t resell, mass-reproduce or use the designs commercially without our written permission.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it at scale, or access accounts that aren’t yours. We may suspend access for misuse.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.
