Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Remix Studio (“we”, “us”) collects at remixstudio.art, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: hello@remixstudio.art.

What we collect

• Account email. If you sign in to save a design, we store your email address so we can send sign-in links and show you the pieces you’ve saved.
• Order details. When you check out, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, phone number and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address and phone number to fulfill the order. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages. If you email us or use the contact form, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our servers log basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. Your cart is kept in your own browser.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order; to send sign-in links, updates about your order and replies to your messages; to prevent fraud and keep the site secure; and to understand which designs people like. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Lumaprints, our print partner, which receives your name, shipping address and phone number to print and ship your order.
• Resend, which delivers our emails.
• Railway, which hosts our website and database.
• Pinterest. We use the Pinterest tag, which may set cookies and tell Pinterest about visits and purchases so we can measure our Pinterest ads. You can control ad personalization in your Pinterest settings.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. The Pinterest tag may set its own cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works for browsing without them.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and customer support. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@remixstudio.art; we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

Remix Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above.
